The successful candidate will provide leadership and vision in research within Nutrition and Dietetics in one or more of the key areas of research focus – nutrition for children and families or nutrition in chronic disease and aging. This will extend to strengthening collaborations internally and externally with areas of strategic research for the University. The incumbent will be involved in promotion of research higher degrees and fellowships to prospective domestic and international student markets. It is expected that the incumbent will play a significant role in the capacity building and mentoring of early-mid career research and balanced academic staff and students through advising on individual research plans, building track records in strategic areas and providing feedback on individual grant applications and publications.

- Salary (Research Academic Level D): $136,796 to $150,707 pa full-time (w.e.f. 8 July 2017)
