Nutrition: Adapting to a new world

Change in environmental, social and economic influences has become the “new normal” and never has it been more evident than during 2020 as we faced the Australian drought, bushfires and global COVID-19 epidemic. Our food supply, health and behaviours are significantly impacted by these events and changes. The theme of the 2020 ASM focuses on how these factors have affected our food and nutrition security whilst highlighting the importance of adapting and proactively responding to these changes to ensure a healthy future for all.
