The College of Pharmacy and Nutrition at the University of Saskatchewan invites applications for Research Chair in Plant-based Foods for Nutrition and Health. The successful candidate will lead an innovative program of research that responds to concerns about global diet trends and need for sustainable sources of protein and nutrient-dense foods to address the persistent problems of malnutrition, e.g. undernutrition, micronutrient deficiency, obesity, and diet-related diseases.
